Located within a 105 year old converted hospital building, the unique Thomas's Catlins Lodge and Camp Ground is located in Owaka. Guests can relax next to the fireplace in the shared lounge, or read a book from the library. Free WiFi is provided.
Local attractions include the sea lions at Cannibal Bay and Purakaunui Falls, which are both within a 20-minute drive from the property. An array of beach and bush walks are available in the surrounding areas.
On-site facilities at Thomas's Catlins Lodge include a dining room and a shared kitchen with a refrigerator, oven and a microwave. There is a large games room with billiards, darts and a piano. Other shared facilities include bathrooms and a guest laundry.
Each heated guest room is equipped with bed linen. Some rooms feature a private bathroom and garden views.
You can prepare a meal using the barbecue facilities provided under a large undercover dining area, walk in the grounds or visit the fish pond. Free parking and free DVD hire are included.
